Nick Seidule was born in Winter Park Hospital and raised in Winter Springs, Florida. After receiving his degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida, he received his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University. While there he was a member of the moot court and Nova Law Review.

Prior to opening Seidule Law, Nick Seidule worked for almost three years exclusively handling personal injury matters including car accidents, traumatic brain injuries, medical malpractice and slip and falls.

For four years prior to handling personal injury matters, Nick worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County. While serving the people of Orange and Osceola Counties, Nick handled juvenile sex crimes, felony level domestic violence, drug offenses, DUIs, and hundreds of misdemeanors and felonies.

Nick is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section serving as a committee chair, former co-chair of the Criminal Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and has previously served as a financial board member for Habitat for Humanity Orlando.

In his free time, Nick enjoys running, as well as, hosting trivia at local pubs in the area.
